Bi-quarterly Journal of Rural Development and Extension Studies is an interdisciplinary scientific journal that influences rural and agricultural development in Iran. It is published in bi-quarterly form with the cooperation of the Scientific Association of Agricultural Extension and Education of Iran. The purpose of this journal is to disseminate practical and developmental scientific and research findings in fields such as 1- rural and agricultural development, 2- agricultural Extension and education, 3- natural resources and environment Extension and education, 4- rural communication and information, 5- rural planning and agriculture, 6- Rural economy and livelihood, 7- Rural businesses and agriculture, 8- Laws of agriculture, rural and natural resources, which aims to promote rural development and research by creating a platform of scientific interactions and networks between different actors e.g. Professors, students, managers, policymakers, planners, researchers and other interested parties, inside and outside the country.
