چکیده

از آنجا که دامداران نقش بارزی در بالا بردن کارایی و اثربخشی فعالیت­های دامداری و کمیت و کیفیت تولیدات این زیر بخش دارند، بنابراین شناخت نیازهای آموزشی اهمیت دارد. هدف کلی این پژوهش نیازسنجی آموزشی دامداران روستاهای شهرستان خرم­آباد با استفاده از مدل نیازسنجی بوریچ بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، به لحاظ روش‌شناسی توصیفی و از لحاظ نحوه‏ی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات نیز از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی ـ میدانی است. در این پژوهش جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دامداران شهرستان خرم­آباد در استان لرستان در سال 1400 می­باشند که بنا بر اطلاعات گرفته‌شده از مرکز آمار ایران، تعداد کل دامداران در این شهرستان حدود 12014 نفر می­باشد. با بهره­گیری از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی با انتساب متناسب، تعداد 372 نفر از دامداران انتخاب شدند. روایی شکلی و محتوایی ابزار تحقیق از طریـق تشـکیل گـروه تخصصـی متخصصـان رشـته ترویـج و آموزش کشـاورزی دانشـگاه تربیت مدرس و کارکنان اداره کل دامپزشکی شهرستان خرم­آباد مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای سنجش پایایی از پیش‏آزمون و محاسبه ضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ و برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‏ها نیز از نرم‏افزار SPSS₂₆ استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در این پژوهش 32 صلاحیت و توانمندی موردنیاز بر پایه نمره اولویت که از مدل بوریچ به دست آمده اولویت­بندی شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل نشان داد که بالاترین و بیشترین نیاز آموزشی دامداران عبارت‌اند از: نحوه تزریق دارو به دام، بیمه دام، تلقیح مصنوعی و مراقبت­های فردی و بهداشتی که نیاز به آموزش بالایی دارند.

چکیده [English]

Since livestock farmers have a prominent role in raising the efficiency and effectiveness of livestock farming activities and the quantity and quality of products of this sub-sector, therefore, it is important to know the educational needs. The main purpose of this study was to assess the training needs of livestock farmers in the villages of Khorram Abad using the Borich needs assessment model. The current research is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of methodology, and survey field in terms of the method of data collection. The statistical population included all livestock farmers of Khorramabad township (N=12014). The sample size was determined using Krejcie & Morgan, 372 people. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the formation of a specialized group of experts in the field of agricultural extension and education at Tarbiat Modares University and the staff of the General Veterinary Department of Khorramabad Township. A pilot test and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient were used to measure reliability, and SPSS₂₆ software was used for data analysis. Based on the results obtained in this research, 32 required qualifications and abilities were prioritized based on the priority score obtained from the Borich model. The results indicate that the highest and most training needs of livestock farmers included how to inject drugs into livestock, livestock insurance, artificial insemination, and personal and health care that require high training.
