چکیده
هدف این مقاله، شناسایی و تحلیل چالش‌هایی است که شرکت‌های مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری از دیدگاه مدیران و مسئولان پارک و شرکت‌های مذکور در طی استقرار با آن مواجه هستند. در پژوهش کیفی حاضر، از روش مطالعه چندموردی استفاده شده است. در این مطالعه از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و تکنیک گلوله‌برفی برای انتخاب مطلعین کلیدی به منظور انجام مصاحبه‌های عمیق، استفاده شد. داده‌های این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته در قالب طراحی پروتکل مخصوص، به دست آمد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با 17 نفر از مدیران پارک علم و فناوری، مراکز رشد و مدیران شرکت‌های مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری فارس جمع‌آوری گردید و با نرم‌افزارMAXQDA2020 تحلیل گردید. طبق نتایج، دسته اول چالش‌های مربوط به فرآیندها و امور اجرایی داخلی پارک در هنگام پذیرش و استقرار در پارک است. دسته دوم، چالش‌های مربوط به محیط خارج از پارک است که شامل بروکراسی اداری، عدم برخورداری از معافیت‌ها و بی‌ثباتی فضای کسب‌وکار است. طبق یافته‌ها، نیاز است در شیوه پذیرش شرکت‌ها تغییراتی صورت گیرد، همچنین زمان پذیرش باید کوتاه‌تر شود تا افراد از درخواست پذیرش منصرف نگردند. در خصوص ارائه خدمات و امکانات نیز لازم است که به نیاز شرکت‌ها و نوع فعالیت آن‌ها توجه شود. به عبارتی، فضای تخصیص یافته، مطابق نیاز اولیه شرکت‌ها باشد. از سوی دیگر، سیستم شبکه‌ای و ارتباطی قوی‌تری برای شرکت‌ها فراهم گردد تا آن‌ها بتوانند از طریق این ارتباطات از یکدیگر بیاموزند، با هم همکاری کنند و در نهایت، مشتریان بیشتری را به خود جلب نموده و در بازار موفق شوند.

چکیده [English]
The main purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the challenges of the companies located in the Science and Technology Park from the point of view of the managers of the park and companies. In this qualitative research, the case study method was used. Purposeful sampling method and snowball technique was accomplished in order to select the key informants of in-depth interviews. The data was gathered through semi-structured interviews with a special protocol. Required data was gathered through interviews with 17 managers of Science and Technology Park as well as the CEOs of knowledge-based companies. The data analysis was accomplished by MAXQDA2020.The first category is the challenges related to the processes and internal executive affairs of the park during acceptance and establishment in the park. The second one is the external challenges, which includes administrative bureaucracy, exemptions, and the instability of the business environment. Based on results, the acceptance process of companies needs to be changed. The admission time should be shortened so that the entrepreneurs do not give up on admission. It is required to pay special attention to companies and their type of activities in terms of providing better and more related services and facilities. The dedicated space should also be in accordance with the basic needs of these companies. it is need to have a stronger networks system for companies so they can collaborate and learn from each other, attract more customers and succeed in the market.
