چکیده

در قانون نظام جامع رفاه و تأمین اجتماعی و برنامه‌های توسعه کشور، اجرای بیمه اجتماعی در سطح جوامع روستایی و عشایری مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است. لذا این پژوهش نیز با هدف بررسی و تحلیل اثرگذاری صندوق‌های بیمه اجتماعی در ایجاد پایداری اجتماعی- اقتصادی روستاییان و عشایر بخش کامفیروز شهرستان مرودشت انجام شد. ماهیت این تحقیق کاربردی؛ روش اجرای آن توصیفی تحلیلی؛ و نوع آن، پیمایشی است. برای دست‌یابی به اهداف پژوهش از دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی استفاده شد. تعداد 180 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری با فرمول کوکران انتخاب و در قالب پرسش‌نامه مورد مطالعه و سنجش قرار گرفتند. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و با آزمون‌های ناپارامتریک، فریدمن، فای/کرامر انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، ارایه خدمات صندوق های بیمه اجتماعی کشاورزان،روستاییان و عشایر بر پایداری اقتصادی-اجتماعی مناطق روستایی و عشایری تاثیرگذار است. به عبارتی دیگر، با ارائه خدمات این صندوق‌ها در مناطق مذکور ضریب امنیت اقتصادی-اجتماعی، آبادانی و توسعه اشتغال پایدار در این مناطق بالا رفته و در نهایت باعث تسهیل توسعه پایدار در این جوامع شده است. همچنین بیمه‌های اجتماعی علاوه بر این که باعث افزایش سطح کیفی زندگی کشاورزان، روستاییان و عشایر شده به آنان این امکان را داده تا با آگاهی از استعدادها و ظرفیت‌ها سطح توانمندی‌های خود را برای مقابله با مشکلات اقتصادی و اجتماعی پیش رو افزایش دهند.

Investigating and analyzing the effectiveness of social insurance funds in creating socio-economic stability of villagers and nomads in Kamfirouz district of Marvdasht county. The nature of this applied research; The method of its implementation is descriptive and analytical; And its type is survey. To achieve the goals of the research, two library and field methods were used. 180 people were selected as a statistical sample using Cochran's formula and were studied and evaluated in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using SPSS software and non-parametric, Friedman, Fai/Kramer tests. The findings of the research showed that the provision of social insurance funds for farmers, villagers and nomads has an impact on the economic and social stability of rural and nomadic areas. In other words, by providing the services of these funds in the mentioned areas, the coefficient of economic-social security, development and development of sustainable employment in these areas has increased and ultimately facilitated sustainable development in these communities. Also, in addition to increasing the quality of life of farmers, villagers, and nomads, social insurances have given them the opportunity to increase their abilities to deal with the economic and social problems ahead by being aware of their talents and capacities. to increase.
