one of the important solutions to the sustainable development of rural communities is the diversification of economic activities.This approach can be a powerful stimulus in the development process.
It can bring the capacities that have been neglected so far into the field of activity. By identifying important areas and reducing uncertainties, foresight can accelerate the development process and identify the shortest and most cost-effective paths.Considering the importance of this issue, the present research has analyzed the function of foresight in the realization of sustainable development of rural communities with the approach of diversifying the rural economy in Saqez County. The method of collecting information was firstly in the form of an interview and then a questionnaire. CIA technique was used in information analysis.
attention to "granting financial facilities, tax discounts and supporting entrepreneurs and encouraging investors" should be at the top of attention.Also, "infrastructure development and inter-institutional cooperation" are other important and effective fields in realizing the development of the mentioned societies.
