تحلیل رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی در ابعاد اقتصادی و تمایل به مهاجرت از روستا-شهرهای مقصد (مطالعه موردی: غنی‌آباد و اسلام‌آباد شهر ری)

چکیده
نابرابری در استانداردهای کیفیت زندگی در بین مناطق جغرافیایی در داخل یک کشور بویژه در بین مناطق روستایی و شهری یکی از مهمترین چالش‌های توسعه در بیشتر کشورهای در حال توسعه است. وجود فرصت‌های اقتصادی متعدد در مناطق شهری به عنوان یک عامل کشش به جذب جمعیت مناطق روستایی که از فرصت‌های نامناسب اشتغال و درآمد، نارسایی خدماتی و ... رنج می‌برند، عمل می‌کنند. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی علمی نقش و اهمیت شاخص‌های اقتصادی کیفیت زندگی مهاجران روستایی در مقاصد روستا- شهری در میزان تمایل آنان برای مهاجرت مجدد به شهرهای بزرگ است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه خانوارهای مهاجر در 20 سال اخیر در روستا-شهرهای غنی‌آباد و اسلام‌آباد (شهر ری) است که بر اساس گزارش غیر رسمی دهیاری بالغ بر 2800 خانوار بوده و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 260 مورد به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده است. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با روش طبقه‌بندی تصادفی در بین محلات برای گردآوری داده ها توزیع گردید و داده ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های t تک نمونه‌ای، همبستگی اسپیرمن و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که کیفیت زندگی مهاجران روستایی در مقصد در هر دو شاخص‌ تنوع‌بخشی به فرصت‌های اشتغال (30/3) و تنوع‌بخشی به فرصت‌های درآمدی 27/3) بهبود یافته است و بین شاخص‌های اقتصادی کیفیت زندگی با تمایل به مهاجرت رابطه معناداری ندارد. نتیجه تحلیل عاملی تاییدی بیانگر بیشترین ضریب تاثیر‌گذاری شاخص‌های اقتصادی کیفیت زندگی بر روی تمایل به مهاجرت از روستا به شاخص بهبود شرایط اقتصادی با ضریب 56/0 درصد اختصاص دارد.

the existence of numerous economic opportunities in urban areas acts as a pull factor to attract the population of rural areas that suffer from inadequate employment and income opportunities, service insufficiency, etc. The aim of the present study is to explore and scientifically examine the role and importance of economic indicators of the quality of life of rural migrants in rural-urban destinations in their willingness to re-migrate to large cities. The statistical population of the study is all migrant households in the last 20 years in the villages-cities of Ghani-Abad and Islam-Abad (Ray city), which, according to the unofficial report of the village head, amounted to 2800 households and 260 cases were selected as a sample using the Cochran formula. A researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among the neighborhoods using a random classification method to collect data, and the data were analyzed using one-sample t-tests,, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the study show that the quality of life of rural migrants at the destination has improved in both indicators of diversification of employment opportunities (3.30) and diversification of income opportunities (3.27), Also, the result of confirmatory factor analysis indicates that the highest coefficient of influence of economic indicators of quality of life on the desire to migrate from the village to the indicator of improving economic conditions in the village of residence with a coefficient of 0.56 percent in the final model.
