Although food security is a primary indicator of national development, the country's path to developing healthy and certified agricultural products faces numerous challenges. It appears essential to provide solutions to facilitate the adoption and expansion of such products among pistachio growers in Razavi Khorasan province. Given the significance of this issue, this research aimed to propose strategies for developing certified agricultural products among pistachio farmers in Razavi Khorasan province. Participants were key experts and informants from the province, an appropriate number of whom were selected using purposive sampling with the snowball technique. Semi-structured individual interviews were employed for data collection, which continued until data saturation was achieved (after 22 interviews). The collected data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Credibility and confirmability were assessed to ensure the interview data's trustworthiness and the findings' accuracy. The results indicated that the main strategies were categorized into six categories, 23 sub-categories, and 231 related meaningful conceptual units. Among these, three categories—governmental and strategic management solutions (22.9%), economic development and marketing solutions (22.6%), and cultural development and social participation solutions (19.9%)—held the most importance, respectively. Furthermore, the most crucial strategies based on identified concepts included: strengthening the culture of consuming certified products (9.1%), eliminating intermediaries and promoting direct marketing of certified products (8.2%), public advertising to increase consumer demand (7.8%), providing financial and credit support for producers (7.4%), and establishing transparent pricing systems (6.5%).
